Returns, Exchange, and Refund Policy

1. No Refunds:

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final. 


2. Returns:

Returns will only be accepted if the incorrect item was shipped to you. In order to be eligible for a return:  

  • The incorrect item must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. 

  • You must provide proof of delivery (a receipt or tracking information) with your request.

  • The item must be unopened and/or its seal intact. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.


3. How to Request a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:  

  • Contact us via email at info@pasherproducts.com or through the contact page on our website within 24 hours of delivery.  

  • Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and include the proof of delivery(receipt or tracking number).  

  • Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will send you further return instructions by email. 


4. Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges. If the incorrect item was shipped to you, please follow the return process above, and once the return is processed, you can place a new order.
