We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.
2. Returns:
Returns will only be accepted if the incorrect item was shipped to you. In order to be eligible for a return:

The incorrect item must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

You must provide proof of delivery (a receipt or tracking information) with your request.

The item must be unopened and/or its seal intact. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
3. How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and include the proof of delivery(receipt or tracking number).

Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will send you further return instructions by email.
4. Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. If the incorrect item was shipped to you, please follow the return process above, and once the return is processed, you can place a new order.
